I’ve spent far more time browsing through the stlyes on this thing than actually working. And in the end I went with the simplest style I could find. It’s called “white as milk.”
Now I need to remember why I installed it.

As it happens, maintaining custom styles is a bit of a pain, so I’ve reverted back to the default for now. Maybe when (if) I get time, I’ll create one from scratch that I can manage manually. I prefer a light on dark style personally as black on white gives me a headache, but some people find the opposite.
